CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Objectives & Background
I am committed to providing the best services in a timely manner. I aim to accommodate your needs.
Unfortunately, when a client cancels without giving adequate notice, it prevents another client from being served. This cancellation policy is used as a way of respecting the time commitment of all involved. It explains the process for requesting a cancellation and the fees applicable. This policy is used in fairness to both our business and the clients who would otherwise have wanted a booking. I am implementing a straightforward cancellation policy to be upfront about all costs you may face when engaging my services.
2. Cancellation Process & Fee
I understand situations can arise in which you must cancel your booking. Due to limited booking availability, I request that you cancel with adequate notice. This allows me to fill that booking slot. You may cancel by contacting me by:

I require a minimum of 3 day-notice for cancellation. Please inform me by 14:00 - 3 days prior to your scheduled booking to notify me of any changes or cancellations.
If no prior notice or the notice given is not provided within the minimum notice period, you will be charged the full amount of the booking.
When/if your notice was provided within the minimum notice period, any studio rental fee may still apply.
The cancellation fee is the sole responsibility of the client and must be paid in full within 4 days after invoicing. Thank you.
